At Coppenagh House Farm, we pride ourselves on offering premium Irish beef, raised right here on our farm just outside Tullow, Co. Carlow. From grass to gate, everything happens on-site — meaning ultra-low food miles, full traceability, and unbeatable freshness.

Our Beef: Naturally Reared, Full of Flavour
We rear a small herd of continental suckler cows, bulls, and heifers, all of which are grass-fed and raised with care and attention. We focus on slow-growing, natural farming practices that allow the beef to develop a deep, rich flavour. It’s beef that reflects the land it comes from — lush Carlow pastures, rich in clover and clean air.

We’re proud to be one of the few farms in Ireland offering Irish-reared Wagyu beef — a premium option known for its tenderness and marbling. Our Wagyu is reared naturally, without shortcuts, and matured properly to allow for its signature melt-in-your-mouth texture. It’s a rare find, and even rarer to be able to see exactly where it comes from.

From Our Farm to Your Plate
Everything we produce is processed through our trusted local abattoir and butcher, then returned to us for sale directly through our farm shop.
