We are so proud to stock luxurious Ice Cream which is made by the Kiersey Brothers in Waterford. They produce Ice Cream on their farm which is situated between the picturesque Comeragh Mountains and the scenic Copper Coast, just outside the village of Kilmacthomas. All the milk used in the production of their Ice Cream comes directly from their herd of cows which graze grass pasture year-round, producing rich, creamy milk perfect for Ice Cream. The Kiersey Brothers are passionate about producing a high quality product whist ensuring the health and well being of their animals is at the heart of everything they do.
The Ice Cream has gone down a treat in the Farm Shop with flavours such as:
